J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
  • Stormy Skies

    Half-fill rocks glass with ice
    Fill 3/4 with ginger ale
    Add 1/4oz lime juice, stir well
    Float 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake on top
    Garnish with lime wedge

  • Ginger Toddy

    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake to mug
    Add a lemon wedge and juice if desired
    Add honey to taste
    Fill with hot water or tea of choice

  • Cranberry Old Fashioned

    Muddle, in a rocks glass:
    One orange wedge
    4 dashes angostura bitters
    1/4oz simple syrup
    1/4oz cranberry juice
    Add ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
    Stir well
    Garnish with orange wedge

    aka Ginger Mule

    Fill tall glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
    Fill with ginger ale, stir well
    Garnish with stemmed maraschino cherry

  • Spiced Candied Apple

    Fill rocks glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
    Add 1/2oz each Torani® Apple and Maple flavored syrups
    Fill with cream soda and stir well
    Garnish with lemon wedge

  • Leaf Hopper

    Fill tall glass with ice
    Add 1.5oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
    Add 1/2oz each Torani® Apple and Maple flavored syrups
    Fill with orange juice and stir well
    Garnish with orange wedge

  • Equinox

    Fill highball glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Add 2-3 dashes orange bitters, to taste
    Fill 3/4 with cranberry juice
    Top with ginger ale; stir well
    Garnish with lime wedge

  • Cinnamon Old Fashioned

    Fill shaker cup with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Add 1/2oz maple syrup
    Add 2oz orange juice
    Shake well and strain into martini glass
    Garnish with an orange twist

  • Cinnamon Jubilee

    Half-fill rocks glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Add 1oz tart or sweet cherry juice
    Fill with cream soda, stir well
    Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkle

    Fill shaker cup with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Add 1oz apple cider
    Add 1/2oz cranberry juice
    Shake and strain into martini glass
    Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple wedge

    Half-fill rocks glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Fill with apple cider
    Add 2-3 dashes angostura bitters
    Garnish with apple wedge

    Half-fill rocks glass with ice
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
    Fill halfway with sparkling apple cider
    Fill with cream soda
    Garnish with apple wedge and cinnamon stick

  • Cinnamon Sour

    Add ice to shaker cup Add 1.5oz Cinnamon Lake
    Add 2oz cranberry juice
    Add 1/3oz lime juice
    Add 2-3 dashes lemon bitters
    Add 1/2oz triple sec
    Add 4-5 dashes Fee Foam
    Shake until frothy
    Pour into rocks glass
    Garnish with cherries

J. Earl Myer Honey Lake
  • Winter Warmer

    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Honey Lake to rocks glass
    Add 2oz hot (but not boiling) water
    Garnish with sage leaf and stir gently

  • The Sweet (Valentine's Special)
    aka Creamsicle Martini

    Fill shaker cup with ice
    Add 2oz J. Earl Myer Honey Lake
    Add 1oz cream soda
    Add 1/2 oz Master of Mixes' White Peach Mix
    Add 1-2 dashes orange bitters
    Swirl vigorously to combine, but do not shake
    Strain into martini glass
    Garnish with orange wedge

Electa Fig Liqueur
  • Spiced Toddy

    Steep one bag of Bigelow Vanilla Caramel tea
    in a mug for 5 minutes
    Add 1oz Electa Fig Liqueur
    Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick

  • Spiced Switchel

    Fill tall glass with ice
    Add 1oz Electa Fig Liqueur
    Add 3/4oz Element [Shrub] Chai Pear
    Top with lemonade and stir well until combined Garnish with lemon and orange slices studded with cloves

  • Chai Spice Martini

    Fill shaker cup with ice
    Add 2oz Electa Fig Liqueur
    Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lakee
    Add 3/4oz Element [Shrub] Chai Pear
    Shake or stir to combine Strain into martini glass
